How long does it take to make the tags?

Each tag is individually hand crafted to detail, therefore the production time is 10-14 working days. We will always aim to get your tags made before this, however during busier periods this may not be possible.

 

Do you make custom tags?

We have created a listing for custom tags, as this is something that you guys love and I love making your wonderful ideas. However this will only be available during our quieter times. Please ensure that you send us a message on our instagram page or through email before ordering your custom tag. This is to ensure that we have a proper understanding of what it is you want on your tag and to gather different materials, shapes and colours for the tags.

 

How do I look after my tag?

The products should not be soaked or submerged in water. The tags should only be hand washed with mild soapy water and dried with a soft cloth. Avoid any harsh chemicals and oils. The products are not dishwasher safe.

 

How to keep your pooches safe?

Always ensure that the pet ID tags are removed from your dog if they are shut in a crate. There is a risk that the tag could catch on the crate, therefore trapping and causing distress to the dog. It is also important to ensure that the pet ID tag does not dangle too low down when attached to a collar in order to prevent chewing.

 

What is legally required on a dog tag? 

Under The Control of Dogs Act 1992, every dog in a highway or public place must wear a tag with the name and address of the owner. A house number and postcode are all that is required to specify and entire address. I also recommend adding a mobile number too, this will help anyone that has found your lost pooch to contact you instantly.

Can I return, exchange or refund my item?

As the pet ID tags are a personalised item, they can not be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are faulty. If the item has arrived faulty, the customer will need to provide proof of the fault with a photo in order to claim the refund or replacement. 

If you are unhappy with the item that you have received, please ensure to contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Please ensure that the details that are given for the back of the tag are correct as we will not be accepting any returns or refunds due to a customer error.
